STANDARD JUICERS V COLD PRESS JUICING

The conventional centrifugal juicers use high speed shredding motion to extract juice from fruit and vegetables the high speed rotation of the stainless steel actually creates heat friction, causing premature oxidization. This high speed rotation destroys some if not all of the goodness and nutrition in the fruits/vegetables through oxidization; it also causes juice separation and high foam formation.

In contrast, The Supreme Vert II juicer uses low speed technology, which maintains the living enzymes, nutrients & vitamins in your fruits and vegetables, producing a delicious fresh living Juice plus you know exactly what’s in it.

Dual stage juicing technology means that the fruit/veggies are crushed in the first stage by our BPA free double edge screw ( auger) like a pestle & Mortar, So by squeezing it separates the juice from the pulp, the juice is then gently passed through the screen straining the juice from the pulp. The pulp & juice is then separated via two different chute’s and the containers collect both the pulp and juice. This operation only takes minutes to perform in order to produce wonderful fresh living juice ready to drink.

Making nut milks are simple as 1 2 3 with the Supreme Vert II  Juicer, by soaking a cup of Almonds/nuts overnight, rinse & drain, now ladle the soaked nuts with 3-4 cups of fresh water through the juicer and before you eyes you will instantly have fresh nut milk. After being given a centrifugal juicer by a friend, I became a juicing convert. I juiced daily and found its benefits astounding! But then, I stumble across Beleaf in Nature and the incredible Vert 2 juicer and began to research the benefits of slow juicing.

My juicer arrived, package well and in excellent condition. Although the juicer is called “slow” it is still fast enough not to have you waiting around all morning while you wait for the goodness from your fruits and veggies. It handles leafy greens well which was one of the reasons I opted for this juicer. It has a trusty button that allows the mechanism to move backwards to enable you to get the maximum amount of juice from them. It will not manage large pieces or fruit (an entire apple for example) but a swift cutting session where such fruits are cut in half is all you need. I would much prefer to do this than keep the produce whole and passing it through my old juicer that ripped and heated the fruit and vegetables, thus removing a lot of nutrients!

The main crushing screw and screen are constructed of high quality ULTEM TM plastic, that is US FDA approved and also EU Food Contact Compliant. The ULTEM TM plastic is a new technology plastic that has very high mechanical properties and is temperature resistant up to 198 Degrees Celsius.
