Chia gel is very easy to make. In a bowl 1 part Chia Seeds to 9 parts water, give it a stir and leave for 10-15 mins where it will absorb all the water, leave in fridge for 15 mins, stir again and leave for further 15 mins .You now have Chia gel. Now it can be used & stored for up to 2 weeks in your fridge.
